Andrea is amazing at the front, and the techs are great - Ben is one of the best service technicians I’ve ever had - hands down awesome knowledge and advice from them that’s been honest and helpful every time. Will continue coming to them!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a tire repaired on our Toyota Tundra today, and once again Les Schwab exceeded our expectations. We were in and out quickly, and the service was seamless from start to finish. The biggest reason we continue coming back, though, is Andrea. Her customer service is consistently exceptional. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her customers, making every visit a positive experience. I actually work out in Spanish Springs, but I’ll happily drive all the way into Reno just for the opportunity to work with Andrea. Employees like her are hard to find, and she’s the reason we choose this Les Schwab location every single time. Thank you, Andrea, for always taking such great care of us—you’ve earned loyal customers for life!

I was due to pick up a group at 4:45pm on a Saturday. I stopped at a gas station and noticed a nail had in my tire at 4:40pm (which I purchased from Les Schwab) also on Sunday I had a trip from Reno to San Jose planned where I had to leave at 9:00AM. As one may imagine my heart sunk on seeing the nail as I did not want to be driving with a potential safety issue or tire blow out (especially with a car full of passengers). I called Les Schwab and explained my issue. They said if I could make it by the shop they could fix it quickly. So I picked up my passengers at 4:45pm and headed to the shop. I arrived at 4:59pm, (shop closes at 5:00pm and not open Sunday), ran in and explained again my situation. The Sales person Andrea greeted me smiling and said, this isn’t the shop you called, but we will definitely get your issue handled. While I spoke to her, the Service Tech, Adrian V, took the car and fixed the nail issue with ease and efficiency. We were on the road, all time frames were met and everyone was grateful, especially me. I can’t recommend this shop enough and have had the best experiences with Andrea over the years. Truly grateful as the staff, Ben (Manager), And

I can't say enough good things about this location. I came in yesterday for a tire rotation and alignment for my wife's Telluride. The tech, named Brandon, was very kind towards me, despite my negative attitude. He went above and beyond and showed me a lot of grace. I will be using this location as home base for tire services, and other Les Schwab's when I travel. Exceptional customer service!
